THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: To make the younger generation interested in blood donation, Terumo Penpol Ltd. in association with the All Kerala Blood Donors Society and Club 25, is planning to organise a quiz on blood and blood donation for higher secondary and college students at Vylopilly Samskriti Bhavan on World AIDS Day on December 1. Each institution can send two teams. There will be preliminary screening. Those eliminated can join the cheering squads of their institution. The final competition will be conducted with five teams. The point system will be round specific and will be mentioned on the spot. Those who wish to participate can contact the public relations officer, Terumo Penpol Ltd., Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram at telephone number 0471 3015602 or 98474 22400 (mobile) on or before November 25.
