iGATE global shareholders give nod for delisting

CHENNAI: The shareholders of iGATE Global Solutions, at an extraordinary general meeting held in Bangalore, provided consent to the voluntary delisting of shares from the Indian stock exchanges. This is in pursuance of communication received from iGATE Corporation of the U.S. — Corporate Reporter
