Panel to study educational needs of Telugus living outside State

HYDERABAD: A joint House committee of the Legislature will be formed soon to go into the educational needs of the Telugu-speaking people living outside A.P. and suggest means to solve problems faced by them. Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy informed the Legislative Council on Wednesday that he had already addressed a letter to Assembly Speaker K. R. Suresh Reddy, seeking to constitute such a committee. He asked Council Chairman A. Chakrapani to appoint MLCs also on the panel.
