Roof of a room at airport collapses

NEW DELHI: The roof of a newly constructed room of the airport manager’s office at Terminal 2 of Indira Gandhi International Airport collapsed on Wednesday morning. An assistant general manager who was on duty at that time escaped unhurt, airport sources said. “It was by providence that she escaped without any injuries. A colleague reached there in time to pull her out of the debris,” sources said.
