Kanpur: Railway authorities said here on Thursday that a fine of Rs. 100 and Rs. 500 will be imposed on the offenders found smoking and spitting at the railway station here. “A team including CRPF personnel and TTE would catch the offenders,” a railway officer said, adding those unable to pay the fine would be sent to the jail. This order would soon be implemented at other stations of Kanpur division, he said.
