Jammu: A man was arrested for allegedly abducting and raping a teenage girl in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday, police said. Rafeeq Ahmed kidnapped and raped a 17-year-old girl from Batpora Sarva village in Kishtwar district on November 12, they said. Following a complaint by the girl’s parents, police launched a search operation in the area in which they raided a house in the district from where they arrested the accused and rescued the girl.
