ERODE: Three persons were killed in two road accidents on Wednesday. According to the police, P. Palanisamy and P. Loganathan were crushed to death when a State Government bus ran over them in Vellode police station limits. The victims were standing off the road, taking a relative’s body out of ambulance when the incident happened. In the second incident, in Kanjikoil police station limits, Somasundaram (60) lost his life when the car he was travelling in lost control and hit a roadside boulder. In the impact of the accident, the car overturned and Somasundaram received head injuries and died.
