2.29 acres goes for Rs. 31 lakh

BANGALORE: The Prevention of Unauthorised Construction Cell on Wednesday auctioned 2.29 acres at Soolikere in Kengeri hobli for Rs. 31 lakh. Four other properties, totalling eight acres, at Punagamaranahalli and Thagachaguppe received no response from bidders.

A block of 14 guntas at Soolikere went for Rs. 16 lakh and another block of 2.15 acres went for Rs. 25 lakh. The guidance value set by the Government in the area is Rs. 30 lakh.
