BJP Councillor suspended

NEW DELHI: Delhi Mayor Arti Mehra on Thursday “suspended till further orders” Darya Ganj BJP Councillor Sunder Kumar Chaudhary. He has been accused of beating up an MCD junior engineer.

Ms. Mehra said all civic body functionaries had been warned not to indulge in aggressive activities and such behaviour “would not be tolerated”.
