Pakistan takes lead

Islamabad: The Pakistan duo of Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi and Aqeel Khan got the better of the Indian duo of Ashutosh Singh and Vivek Shokeen 7-5, 7-6 in the doubles tie and took a 1-0 lead on clay in the second leg of the tennis series here on Thursday.

The first leg in Lahore, which India clinched 2-1, was played on grass courts. — PTI
