Withdraws charge against key accused

Ghaziabad: The father of a victim in the Nithari killings on Thursday withdrew in a court his statement containing a charge against the key accused Moninder Singh Pandher.

The deposition was made by Nand Lal, father of 22-year-old Payal, during cross-exanmination by the defence counsel in the court of CBI judge Rama Jain.— PTI
