A 30-year-old woman was found dead under suspicious circumstances at her house at Gudimalkapur in Asifnagar on Thursday. The police said the deceased woman has been identified as V. Yellamma, a city municipal worker. Worker electrocutedA worker was electrocuted at his work place at Lingapur on Wednesday. D. Harilal (45), a resident of Shamirpet, came in contact with live wires and suffered serious burns. He was declared brought dead to a nearby hospital, according to police. Man killedA 40-year-old man died after he was run over by a train near Nampally railway station on Wednesday. The railway police said Syed Ismail of Kishanbagh was crossing the tracks when the incident happened. Student run overA motorcyclist on his way to an exam was fatally knocked down by an oncoming APSRTC bus of Uppal depot hit him around 8 a.m., on Road No. 6, Amberpet on Thursday. He died on the spot. Traffic SI assaultedA motorcyclist Kumara Swamy allegedly assaulted the Uppal traffic police SI Nagaraju when the latter intercepted him for travelling in wrong direction at Chilukanagar on Thursday. The Uppal police took him into custody while the other two fled the spot.
