Court rules ‘no’ to dumping yard

HYDERABAD: A Division Bench of the A.P. High Court comprising Acting Chief Justice Bilal Nazki and Justice Ramesh Ranga Nathan on Friday restrained the authorities from going ahead with construction of compost garbage dumping yard in Yenamaduru, near Bhimavaram Municipality, West Godavari district.

The Bench wanted to know why village people have to bear the brunt of town garbage. – Legal Correspondent
