CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Urban Development Authority has directed the office-bearers of cooperative group housing societies and welfare housing organisations and the occupants of flats constructed on such HUDA-allotted plots to execute and get registered a declaration deed within 90 days of obtaining the occupation certificate. An official spokesman said here on Thursday that it is mandatory for them to get the declaration deed registered within 90 days after obtaining occupation certificate of the building from HUDA.
