Two Sri Lankan nationals killed

VIRUDHUNAGAR: Two Sri Lankan nationals living in refugee camps here were killed in separate incidents on Friday.

E. Sivananda Raja (52) was hacked to death by S. Ganesh and his brother Sivaraj at the Kandiyapuram refugee camp near Rajapalayam. Previous enmity is said to be the reason, the police said. In the other incident, A. Logendran (27), residing at the refugee camp in Anaikuttam near Sivakasi, was fatally knocked down by a van while riding a motorbike near Tiruthangal.
