KOZHIKODE: S. Arun of Silver Hills Higher Secondary School in Kozhikode has won the first prize in the elocution competition on ‘Right to Information Act’ organised by the Indian Institute of Spices Research (IISR) as part of the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week from November 12 to 16. Amal Johan of Silver Hills won the second prize and S.G. Ammu of Amrita Vidyalaya came third.
