Counselling for DSC selections

Kakinada: Counselling for 190 candidates, who qualified in the DSC-2006 examination, will be conducted by the Education Department here on on November 19. Though 298 posts have been notified only 190 posts could be filled due to the dearth of eligible candidates.

Most of the unfilled posts lie in tribal areas of the district.

A decision has to be taken on these posts by the district administration. Meanwhile, officials have started scrutinising the certificates of the qualified candidates at the old ZP meeting hall here on Saturday. —Staff Reporter
