GULBARGA: Gulbarga University Vice-Chancellor B.G. Mulimani and Registrar Pratap Singh Tiwari have congratulated the six students who won laurels at the South India Inter-University Cultural Youth Festival held at Padmavati Mahila University in Tirupati. Prof. Mulimani gave away certificates and medals to Kumar Kanavi, Malashree Kanavi, Syed Khaja Mainuddin, Varsha Nayak, G.M. Shafeeq and G.N.
