MADURAI: Five persons accused in the ‘Dinakaran’ newspaper attack case, including ‘Attack’ Pandi, were granted conditional bail by the Principal District and Sessions court here on Friday. According to court sources, Pandi and the other accused, Thiruselvam, Arockia Prabhu, Saravanamuthu and Murugan, have been asked to sign in the court of the First Judicial Magistrate at Nagercoil everyday. The Central Bureau of Investigation filed the chargesheet in the case on August 6. The case pertains to the attack on the Tamil daily in Madurai on May 9, in which three employees were killed.
