SriLankan Airlines launches package

KOCHI: SriLankan Airlines has unveiled an initiative named “Exciting Sri Lanka” to promote the island nation’s appeal to visitors. It offers a package for two nights and three days. The scheme includes airfare, star-class hotel accommodation and airport transfers.

Announcing the package, the SriLankan Airlines Kerala manager said Sri Lanka had become a hotspot for great shopping bargains in the run-up to the year-end holiday season.

The initiative took over from the successful “visit Sri Lanka” campaign launched earlier.

Strategic agreements had been reached with a number of tourism bodies to promote tourism to and from specific destinations, he said.
