Siliguri: More than one hundred dwelling units of a slum, occupied by Bihari labourers, were reduced to ashes in a devastating fire here on Saturday. According to fire brigade, the fire broke out at 5.55 a.m. at Kuli Para area near the Hill Cart Road and Mahananda river. The flame, which spread within a minute or two, gutted the entire colony.
