Inter-university debate

NEW DELHI: The University of Mumbai and M.S. University, Baroda, won the first and second prize at the inter-university debate competition organised here over the weekend by Indian Association of Parliamentarians for Population and Development. The topic was “Does urbanisation improve the environment.”

The University of Mumbai was represented by Asim Nafade and Nachiket Kulkarni and M.S. University of Baroda by Resham Pandit and Krishnamurthi Kumar. The top three individual winners were Asim Nafade, Resham Pandit and Nachiket Kulkarni.
