Sidharath, Abhinaya top seeds

Thiruvananthapuram: Sidharath Reddy (Tamil Nadu) and S.G. Abhinaya (Karnataka) are the top seeds in the boys’ and girls’ sections respectively in the under-14 category of the AITA National talent series tennis tournament which begins at the TTC courts here on Monday.

Seven players qualified for the main draw in the boys’ u-14 section and in the u-12 section, eight players made the grade.

The seedings:

Boys: U-14: 1. Sidharth Reddy (TN), 2. V. Prithvihass (AP), 3. Prateek Alkesh (Dli), 4. Venkataraman (TN), 5. S.B. Prijval Dev (Kar).

U-12: 1. V. Prithvihass (AP), 2. S.B. Prijval Dev (Kar), 3. Venkatraman (TN), 4. Prateek Alkesh (Del), 5. M.S. Rakshith (Kar).

Girls: U-14: 1. S.G. Abhinaya (Kar), 2. Sruti Prasanth (Kar), 3. S.S. Deepika (TN), 4. H. Madhumitha (TN), 5. Anjali Jayandhan (Ker).

U-12: 1. Sruti Prasanth (Kar), 2. S. Deepika (TN), 3. Anjali Jayandhan (Ker), 4. Shiaka Kumar (Kar), 5. Sneha Susan Thomas (Ker).
