VS to inaugurate waterway

KOCHI: Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan will declare the National Waterway III operational by flagging off a barge of Kerala Shipping and Inland Navigation Corporation Ltd. at Maradu on Tuesday. Revenue Minister K.P. Rajendran, Industries Minister Elamaram Kareem, among others, will participate in the programme.
