Woman dies of poisoning

NEW DELHI: A 36-year-old woman died of poisoning under mysterious circumstances at New Usmanpur here on Sunday morning.

Urmila married Subhash (43), who has six children from the first marriage, a few months ago. She already had two daughters from her first marriage. The police said she was worried about the upbringing of the six children.

On Saturday night, she was admitted to a hospital where she was declared dead around 5 a.m. The police are awaiting her relatives from Khurja in Uttar Pradesh to get her post-mortem done.

An inquiry has also been initiated under the area Sub-Divisional Magistrate.
