CHANDIGARH: Haryana Public Works Department (Building and Roads) Engineer-in-Chief Mahesh Kumar has been selected vice-president of the Indian Roads Congress at its annual session which ended in Jaipur on Monday. An official spokesman here said Mr. Mahesh Kumar had joined the Haryana PWD as Sub-Divisional Engineer in February 1983 and served in various positions during his 24-year career. He was promoted Engineer-in-Chief on June 1 this year.
