Phone-in programme

BANGALORE: In view of the Government’s decision to implement English teaching for first standard students from this year, Regional Institute of Education Director Gayathridevi Datta and Department of State Educational Research and Training (DSERT) Director M.N. Baig will interact on the issue at a phone-in programme. The programme will be conducted by All India Radio on Tuesday from 9.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. Public and teachers can participate in the interaction relating to the subject of teaching in English.
