VUDA cautions public
The Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority has cautioned the public not to purchase plots in the following unauthorised layouts, as they are not approved by the authority under Section 13 and 14 of AP Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975.
The plots are located in survey number 125, 126 and 119/P of Bodavalasa village in Sabbavaram mandal and 19/P of Gullipalli village in Sabbavaram mandal.
According to VUDA the developers of the mentioned areas have not applied for approval of the layouts.
During the course of an outdoor survey on Tuesday the authorities have also observed unauthorised development activities in Survey number 7/P and 27/P in the villages of Kapuluppada and Bheemili. The authorities informed that action would be initiated.
