Man ‘kills’ wife’s paramour

HYDERABAD: Angered over seeing his wife with a neighbour in his bedroom, a function hall worker attacked them with a pestle leaving the latter dead at Chaderghat in the early hours of Tuesday, the police said.

The worker Syed Anwar’s wife Anees Begum, who suffered serious injury on her head, was shifted to the Osmania General Hospital. Doctors said her condition was critical. Thirty-seven-year-old Anwar married Begum 10 years ago. The couple has three children.
