Cremated

DAVANGERE: Chennaiah Wodeyar, former MP for Davangere and Kuruba leader, who died on Monday night at a private hospital in Bangalore, was cremated at his native village Bilchod in Jagalur taluk here on Wednesday. Wodeyar was elected to Davangere parliamentary constituency for three times in a row on Congress ticket. — Staff Correspondent
