Show-cause notice to TDB Commissioner

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Devaswom Department has served a show-cause notice on the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB)Commissioner C.G. Sachithanandan asking him why action should not be taken against him for dereliction of duties assigned to him.

Devaswom Minister G. Sudhakaran’s office on Wednesday said that the Commissioner was required under the Devaswom Act to submit a report on the financial matters of the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) to the Government once in three months. —Special Correspondent
