Old Telugu classics in colour soon

HYDERABAD: Many might argue that the old classics retain their charm because they are shot in black and white. But how would they be if they are made into colour movies using advanced digital technology? A city-based technology firm Goldstone is doing just that.
On Wednesday, Goldstone announced that it had acquired the world negative rights of 14 classic Telugu movies produced by Vijaya Vahini pictures of Chennai.
The movie company had produced some of the all-time great hits, including ‘Patala Bhairavi’ and ‘Maya Bazaar’.
Movie aficionados can hear with all the audio quality digital technology can offer, the dialogues of S.V. Ranga Rao.
