D. Ed-holders take out rally

WARANGAL: The D. Ed-holders in Warangal district took out a rally demanding that the Government fill up the secondary grade teachers (SGT) with the D. Ed-holders as recommended by the Constitutional institutions.

The D. Ed- holders went in a rally from the DIET to the District Educational Officer’s office and submitted a memorandum to the DEO urging him to take suitable action.

Association leaders J. V. Hari Krishna, Y Vikram Raj, Rambabu and J. Venkatesh said various high courts and NCTE recommended that the Governments appoint D. Ed-holders as secondary grade teachers through issuing a separate notification.
