Dewan Housing invests in Wadhawan Food

CHENNAI: The board of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation has approved the investment in Wadhawan Food Retail Private Limited to the extent of 19.9 per cent of the equity capital at par value, says a release. — Corporate Reporter
