KOLLAM: The district unit of the Kerala NGO Association (Mangad), has called for immediate measures from the State government to control the price rise of essential commodities. A meeting of the district committee here on Thursday observed that life had become miserable on account of the price rise. The meeting alleged that the government was doing practically nothing to control the price rise.
