THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: G.C.Gopala Pillai has taken charge as managing director of Infrastructure Kerala Ltd. (INKEL). The government has a share participation of 26 per cent in the joint venture of the public and private sectors for the development of infrastructure in the State. Mr.Pillai, who has over three decades of experience in the area of industrial management, is a former chairman and managing director of the FACT. — Special Correspondent
