The Arya Samaj was in the news the other day for the ‘low profile’ marriage of yet another celebrity. The organisation has become a household name thanks to the wedding of Sirish and Srija under dramatic circumstances.
It was once again the venue for film star Arthi Agarwal’s nuptials who tied the knot with NRI techie Ujwal from New Jersey. Here everything happened with the elders consent though.
The only sore point during the happy occasion was when the family members got into a scuffle with the television channel crews and the bride’s family members were arrested for manhandling a TV reporter. Both the marriage and the scuffle got prominent coverage – such is a celebrity’s life!
