Date extended for minority scholarships

Sangareddy: Medak Joint Collector Ramsankar Nayak in a press release here today informed that the last date for receiving of applications for scholarships for minority students has been extended to November 30. Students studying Intermediate or equivalent post Std. X will be eligible for post Matric scholarship and those studying Stds. VI-X,for pre Matric scholarship. However the annual family income for pre Matric scholarship should not be above Rs. 12,000, Rs. 33,500 for Post matric, Rs, 44500 for professional courses and Rs.18, 000 for M. Phil and PhD. Applications should reach the District Minority Welfare Officer by 30.
Free training for IAF rally
Sangareddy: Chief Executive Officer of Youth Services here in a press release on Thursday informed that a free training camp would be held for those wishing to attend the IAF rally would be held from December 5. The rally would be held in Sardar Patel Stadium in Khammam from December 7 to 14. -Staff Reporter
