Kota: Three constables of the Rajasthan Armed Constabulary have been dismissed from service on the charges of looting a couple here last week. A complaint against the three identified as Jay Kumar, Mohan Singh and Bhim Singh was filed by Neetesh Wadhwaney and his wife on November 11, official sources said on Thursday. Mr. Wadhwaney had alleged that he and his wife were looted by the constables near the Kota University Building.
