Three Indians in 10th spot

Hanoi: The Indian trio of Rahil Gangjee, S.S.P. Chowrasia and Gurbaaz Mann turned in identical opening round cards of three-under 69 to share the 10th spot in the inaugural Hana Bank Vietnam Masters at the Hanoi Phoenix Golf Resort here on Thursday.

Among others, Digvijay Singh (71) finished the day tied 24th.

Switzerland’s Martin Rominger sank an eagle and five birdies against a lone bogey for a six-under 66 to grab a one-stroke lead. — PTI
