Documentation workshops planned

NEW DELHI: The Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts is organising a series of documentation workshops between November 27 and January 20 from different regions of the country.

The workshops will document “Ram Katha” in oral narrative and folk performing traditions as part of the build-up for the mega event based on the same theme in March next year. The first workshop will have 20 artists from Gujarat’s Bhil tribal group performing “Bhili Ramayana”.
