Asian doctors meeting in Delhi

NEW DELHI: The Association of Medical Doctors of Asia organised an international conference here on Friday, urging doctors and their associations to develop strategic responses to crisis situations during natural disasters.

The conference, which brought together doctors, volunteers and NGOs from several countries, explored new ways to reduce human suffering by ensuring that doctors, paramedics and volunteers are present in crisis areas with adequate medical supplies and equipment.
