ALAPPUZHA: The 29th State conference of the Kerala State Excise Officers’ Association will be held here on Sunday. Excise Minister P.K. Gurudasan will inaugurate the conference, to be held at the Shakti Auditorium from 9 a.m. Kayamkulam MLA C.K. Sadashivan will inaugurate a seminar on the liquor policy and the financial structure of the State at 11 a.m. Excise officers who received the Chief Minister’s award for meritorious service would be felicitated by Mr. Gurudasan, a release said.
