Power shutdown

BANGALORE: There will be no power supply on Sunday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. owing to maintenance operations of Rajanakunte power station by KPTCL authorities in the following areas.

The affected areas are Dasarahalli, Dasarahalli Pipeline Road, AGBG Layout, Mallasandra, Linganahalli, Chikkasandra, Chikkabanavara, Muthkur, Kolavarayanahally, IIHR, Gangarahalli, Ivarkhandapura, Indo Danish Farm, Gudadahalli, Shivakote, Mavallipura, Hurulichikkanahalli, Doddabylakeri, Chikkabylakeri, Thammarasanahalli, Khaskatpura, Savegatta, Madappanahalli, Koregodadahalli, Meedaahalli, Madugerahlli, Selvepura, Kempapura, Kumbarahalli, Tharabanahalli, and Soladevanahalli and surrounding areas; parts of Yelahanka New Town and surrounding areas.

Power supply will also be affected in the following areas of Welcast Steel Station from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Peenya 1st Phase, Peenya 4th Block, S.M. Road and surrounding areas according to a BESCOM release.
