‘Parties free to inspect projects’
HYDERABAD: Special Representative of the State Government in New Delhi, Mallu Ravi, has challenged political parties and independent agencies to inspect the ongoing irrigation projects in the State to satisfy themselves about the rapid progress being made in the sector.
Speaking to reporters here on Sunday, Dr. Ravi said it was unfortunate that the TDP, which had been opposing irrigation projects, was now chanting the pro-farmer mantra.
He said the Government was willing to allow an independent agency, national media and representative of any political party to come and inspect the irrigation projects.
