‘Congress initiates steps to impart training to youth’ VIJAYAWADA: Congress activists were asked to make the best use of the Right to Information Act (RTI) to bring to light the corruption of officials and others, AICC secretary Alka Lamba said here on Sunday. Addressing Congress workers at the Andhra Ratna Bhavan, Ms. Lamba said that she was touring different states in the country to visit the local Congress party offices to review their functioning. She said the youth in the country were about to face many challenges in the future and the Congress was gearing itself to provide them the necessary training. She said the youth of Rajasthan would be given training in the first batch and then a batch would be invited from Andhra Pradesh. She said Rahul Gandhi was working for the implementation of Rajiv Gandhi’s ideals. Addressing the party workers, Mr. Rajagopal said UNPA leaders, who participated in Rythu Garjana and found fault with the State Government for not taking any initiative to get the MSP of paddy increased, said the leaders should first tell the farmers what they had done for it in their own states.
