DFID team to study SSA programmes

HYDERABAD: A team from Department for Inter-national Development (DFID) will visit Andhra Pradesh in the first week of December to study the initiatives taken up by Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) in providing quality education at elementary level through CLIP (Children’s Language Improvement Programme) and CLAPS (Children’s Learning Acceleration Programme for Sustaina-bility), said a Rajiv Vidya Mission press release. —Special Correspondent
