Rally to be held on December 9

To mark the anti-corruption day, members of the Krishna District Freedom Fighters Association will stage a rally in the city on December 9. The association met with the representatives of different peoples’ organisations and service organisations at the freedom fighters building.

The meeting demanded opening of special courts to pursue cases pertaining to corruption charges against Ministers and higher officials. It also demanded that cases booked against journalists would be withdrawn immediately.
