Woman held with 1.5 kg ganja

A woman who was in possession of 1.5 kg of ganja was taken into custody on Sunday. Based on specific information, a team of the Teppakulam police raided the premises of M. Jayarani (32) on the Srinivasa Perumal Temple Street and found the contraband concealed in a polythene bag. The accused was remanded to judicial custody, police sources said.
