PATHANAMTHITTA: District Collector Raju Narayana Swamy has said the district administration would further toughen stand against illegal sand-mining in the district. Additional fineThis is besides levying an amount equal to the value of the vehicle used for sand smuggling from its owner for releasing the vehicle, he added.
